Bare-bones Aluminum Parabolic Reflector
We have had this aluminum parabolic reflector manufactured by a local sheet-metal shop for the last 8 years. They use our own parabolic die to roll these reflectors. This reflector should be useful from about 5 ghz (lower frequencies would not have much gain) through 40 ghz (surface smoothness becomes the limiting factor here). These reflectors have a sturdy 1/2" rolled edge that almost curls back on itself in the rear of the dish, for strength. There is no mounting hardware or accessories included. This is the reflector only. These dishes are about 12 inches (30 cm) in diameter, and made of .09" (2mm) thick aluminum. They weigh 15.5 oz (0.44 Kg) each. The focal length is 7.2 inches (18 cm) so it is easy to illuminate with a splash feed or horn. Each reflector costs $US25 each, and we can send them almost anywhere at low cost.
17 db plastic electroplated X-band horn
This X-band (8-12.4 ghz) horn is plastic, and is coated with a conductive electroplated surface for good performance. It provides 17 db of forward gain. It mates with UG-39 flanges (standard) and has a beamwidth of 25 degrees in the H-plane and 25 degrees in the E-plane. It is 3 inches (7.66 cm) in length, and the opening is 3.7 inches (9.42 cm) x 3.02 inches (7.67 cm). Each unit is $US28.
17 db lightweight K-band horn
We are out of stock of this K-band horn. we may get more in 60 days
This is a cast horn, but is very lightweight, at less than one ounce(27 grams)! It has 17 db of forward gain and has a beamwidth of about 30 degrees. It fits UG-595 flanges (18-26.5 ghz) (the same as our K-band sources) They measure 1.4" high (35.5 mm), 1.83" wide (46.5 mm), and 1.7" deep or long (43.5 mm). Cost is $US30 each. Ask for K-band horn.
