We offer 2 flavors of a new series of silicon-germanium HBT amplifiers at economical prices. These units offer 50 ohms in/out, and can provide large amounts of RF at microwave frequencies.

ERA Circuits
We also offer these Mini-Circuits ERA monolythic amplifier modules with 50-ohm in/out impedance and an even higher frequency ability. They are surface-mount devices, and several magazine articles have been published indicating that the ERA-1 works up to at least 10 ghz. Even Mini-Circuits own catalog says they are "useful" to 10 ghz.
