We offer 3 flavors of a new series of silicon-germanium HBT amplifiers at economical prices. These units offer 50 ohms in/out, and can provide large amounts of RF at microwave frequencies.
The SGA-4586 offers +13 dbm output at 4ghz, single-voltage supply. $US4 each.
The SGA-6586 offers +20 dbm output at 850 Mhz, single-voltage supply. $US4 each.
The SGA-9189 offers +26 dbm output at 2ghz, single-voltage supply. $US4 each.

Super-low-noise Hetro-junction FET microwave small-signal transistor
This NEC NE3210 transistor is useful from DC through 18 ghz, and offers a noise-figure of only .35 db at 12 ghz. We use these transistors as general-replacement pre-amp transistors for Ham Radio repeaters with excellent results, and if you would like to view the datasheet, click here!
